Spinning Flag
2007
I made this image while teaching a workshop at the Maine Photography Workshop in 2007.
In town there was an old union hall with beautiful light coming in, and hanging on the wall was a 48-star American flag. The model happened to be wearing red shoes, which made the whole thing feel meant to be.

Whether you’re a new collector, an experienced buyer, or working with an interior designer, the idea is simple:
Collect in multiples. Create something personal.
Drawn from Robert Farber’s fifty-year archive, RDO Fine Art Posters are more than beautiful images. Each comes from a real moment in photography, fashion and culture, created by the photographer who was there.
Every image has a story. Every edition carries a piece of that history.
