Products and color accuracy

We do our best to display each image accurately. Screens vary, so color, brightness, and contrast can look different depending on your device. This is not considered a defect.

Orders and acceptance

After you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if there is an inventory error, a pricing or technical mistake, shipping restrictions, or suspected fraud. If that happens, we’ll contact you.

Pricing, taxes, and duties

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Sales tax may be added where required. International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes charged by your country, those are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We package carefully and ship with reputable carriers. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing are outside our control, but we will help with tracking and support.

Returns and replacements

Because many items are produced to order and handled as collectible photographic works, all sales are generally final.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If fulfillment or production has begun, we may not be able to cancel.

Limited editions and product descriptions

Edition size, signing, numbering, dating, and any certificate of authenticity details (if applicable) will be described on the product page. Those details are part of what you are purchasing.

Intellectual property

All images and content on this site are owned or licensed by RDO Editions and copyrights belong to the artists featured on RDOEditions.com. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to the use of this site or products purchased. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

1) the shipping box, 2) internal packaging, 3) the item and the issue.

We’ll review it quickly and take care of you with a replacement or refund when appropriate.
